In the Orca3D View panel, there are slider controls to clip the model fore and aft, port and starboard, and up and down.



Rhino has a clipping plane setting called "Show Fills" which will make the model look somewhat different if it is enabled. In this example, with Show Fills enabled, it almost looks like there is a bulkhead at the forward end of the image:


This is the same view, but with Show Fills disabled:


To disable Show Fills, go to the Display panel (if you don't see the Display panel icon, click the Settings icon (gear) and choose Show Panels). If you cannot scroll to the bottom, you may have to undock the Panel and enlarge it to get to that setting.


Change the Display mode to Shaded, and then scroll to the bottom. Uncheck Show Fills in the Clipping Plane settings:
